The Role

- Lead the delivery, performance and development of a growing Data & AI team.
- Drive agile ways of working, including stand-ups, sprint planning, Kanban boards and delivery reporting.
- Own MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement across AI solutions.
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to prioritise work, manage risk and ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate local and offshore technical resources to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Help establish best practice across Snowflake, AWS, data pipelines, AI tooling and governance.
- Contribute to research, innovation and the commercial application of AI technologies.

About You

- Experience leading Data, AI, Analytics,



Machine Learning or Engineering teams.
- Strong machine learning domain expertise with experience delivering models into production.
- Solid understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms and modern data architectures.
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, Git, ClickUp, Jira and data pipeline tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and people leadership capability.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up setting where priorities evolve as the business grows.
