We're looking for a passionate People Advisor to join our People Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad range of HR functions, influence business outcomes, and support leaders in building engaged, high-performing teams.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, providing expert guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, workforce planning, organisational development, compliance, and change initiatives.

You'll be a key contributor to delivering people solutions that support business objectives while enhancing the employee experience.

Key Areas of Focus

- Partner with leaders to provide practical and proactive HR advice
- Manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and performance concerns
- Coach and build leadership capability across people management practices
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives
- Analyse workforce data and identify trends to support informed decision-making
- Contribute to policy development, compliance, and continuous improvement projects
- Support organisational change and transformation activities




- Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain great people

About You

You're a confident and commercially-minded HR professional who enjoys building trusted relationships and delivering practical solutions.

You'll bring:

- At least 3 years' experience in a Human Resources Advisor, People Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar role
- Solid employee and industrial relations experience
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex people matters
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with SCHADS Award environments will be highly regarded.
