KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Mandatory qualifications and certificates
- Current and valid First Aid Certificates, as follows:
- HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID010 - Provide basic emergency life support
- HLTAID011- Provide First Aid
- 22578VIC – Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis (or equivalent)
- 22556VIC - Course in the Management of Asthma Risks and Emergencies in the Workplace (or equivalent)
Skills, attributes and experience
- General understanding of a School based learning environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to display compassion, patience and flexibility.
- A proven ability to work effectively, constructively and collaboratively within a team.
- Be highly motivated with ability to display initiative.
- Demonstrated keyboard skills and a strong reading and handwriting abilities.
