The Opportunity

- Manage a generalist caseload across the lifespan or specialise in your preferred area, including paediatrics, adults, geriatrics, rehabilitation and more.
- Complete functional assessments, equipment prescription, assistive technology assessments and home modifications.
- Develop and implement individualised intervention plans focused on achieving meaningful client outcomes.
- Provide services across a range of community environments, including clients’ homes, schools, supported accommodation and other community settings.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, support networks and external stakeholders.
- Build your clinical skills and expertise with access to ongoing supervision, professional development and career progression.

What’s on Offer?

- $80,000–$130,000 + super,



plus bonuses and incentives depending on experience and organisation.
- Salary packaging of up to $15,000.
- Up to $0.99/km fuel reimbursement for community-based travel.

What You’ll Bring

- A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights.
- An unrestricted Australian driver’s licence, as community travel is required for many positions.
- Current National Police Clearance, NDIS Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain these.
