Our client is seeking an experienced Concrete Cutting Operator and a motivated Construction Worker to join their Perth-based team in Bibra Lake.

This is a great opportunity for someone with concrete cutting experience, as well as someone with a solid construction background who is looking to learn a specialist trade. Training will be provided for the right person.

The role involves working across Perth, with limited travel, and would suit someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work, takes pride in what they do and wants to be part of a close-knit team.

What you'll be doing:

- Performing core drilling, quick cutting and ring sawing
- Operating floor, road and expansion saws
- Assisting with concrete cutting and drilling projects
- Setting up and packing down worksites
- Maintaining company vehicles and equipment
- Following site and safety requirements
- Liaising with clients, supervisors and team members
- Completing work to a high standard

What you'll need:

- Current Manual Driver's Licence – essential
- White Card
- Previous construction experience
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing
- Ability to pass a Category 3 Rail Medical




- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- For the experienced operator: Previous concrete cutting experience is preferred, including core drilling, quick cutting, ring sawing, floor/road sawing or expansion cutting.
- For the construction worker: You don't need previous concrete cutting experience. A solid construction background and the right attitude to learn are more important.
