What you will be doing:

As a Service Technician for Culligan, you will be performing services, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.

- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing water filtration systems (using manuals & tools)
- Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Assessing equipment and recommending repairs to customers
- Coordinating with the Customer Care team to schedule follow-up visits
- Delivering great customer service while representing the Culligan brand

What we are looking for:

- Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role (water systems, coffee machines, appliances, refrigeration, etc)
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Full Australian drivers licence
