Casual to commence with offering a generous $45.54/HR Mon - Fri with some travel required at times.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate labour, transport and resources across multiple scaffolding sites.
- Allocate teams effectively to meet project deadlines and productivity targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, site managers and subcontractors.
- Conduct site inspections and identify operational requirements.
- Prepare accurate scopes of work and variation documentation.
- Monitor scaffold compliance, safety standards and site quality.
- Identify issues early and implement practical solutions on site.
- Track labour productivity and support accurate weekly payroll submissions.
- Lead toolbox talks,
1:1 meetings and VOC assessments.
- Coach and mentor Leading Hands and develop future site leaders.
- Communicate clearly with clients, teams and internal stakeholders.
- Promote a positive, accountable and safety-focused team culture.
Your Profile
- An Advanced Scaffolding Licence.
- Demonstrated experience supervising multiple scaffolding sites or teams.
- Strong knowledge of scaffold safety, compliance and inspection requirements.
- Experience coordinating labour, transport and site resources.
- The ability to read and manage scopes of work and variations.
- Experience working directly with clients and resolving issues.
- A proven ability to lead, coach and develop frontline teams.
- Strong understanding of productivity, performance and payroll accuracy.
- A calm, structured and decisive approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and practical problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on and visible leadership style.
