About the role

Winnabri Ag is a family owned and run farm based near Warren/Collie in NSW, predominantly a winter cropping enterprise growing wheat, canola, chickpeas and faba beans. We also sometimes grow irrigated cotton, and have sheep and cattle. The position is for a Right Hand Person to the manager/owner, with one of the main roles to operate the John Deere 616 self-propelled spray throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

- Operate the John Deere 616 self-propelled spray throughout the year

- Fertilizer spreading.

- Crop sowing & harvest.

- Possible local grain deliveries.

- Maintenance of cropping plant.

- Help in cropping, cotton, sheep and cattle areas as required.

About you

- Previous experience operating various cropping plant, particularly spraying.

- HC licence desirable, MC preferable or willingness to upgrade.

- Experience with precision ag technology,



Greenstar and John Deere See and Spray highly regarded.

- Honest, clean, hard working and with initiative. You take pride in your work with attention to detail.

- Must provide references and resume upon application.

Our machinery is mainly John Deere, with a mixture of recent and well maintained plant.
