The Role

We are looking for an experienced Counsellor, Psychologist or Social Worker looking to build on their experience to join our team working in a agile private practice located in inner Canberra.

Working both independently and as part of a team, you will be responsible for delivering effective, neuroaffirming and trauma-responsive therapy for adults, children, young people and their families.

Enthusiasm for supporting neurodiverse individuals and families is a must!

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in Counselling , Psychology or Social Work and current (full or provisional) registration with AHPRA, PACFA, ACA or AASW.

- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience

- Previous experience working in a private practice (desirable)

- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to neuroaffirming practice.

- Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.

- Experience working with and running therapy groups and programs highly regarded.

- Experience working with a range of diverse clients including EAP, NDIS and Victim Support clients.

- You value ongoing growth, enjoy teamwork, and contribute positively to team development.

- You're approachable, collaborative, and passionate about sharing knowledge and learning from others.
