Secondary Teacher – Biology

Wimmera Lutheran College - Horsham Campus is seeking a Secondary Science Teacher to teach Biology in Term 4 2026. This is a contract position due to long service leave.

As a Secondary Teacher, you will:

- foster a positive and engaging classroom environment

- demonstrate knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and VCE

- collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and wellbeing

- model and support the Christian ethos of the College

About you

- Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teachers (or able to obtain registration)

- Bachelor of Education degree or equivalent

- Ability to teach across multiple disciplines

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills

- A collaborative approach and commitment to student success
