We are seeking an experienced Earthworks/Bobcat Operator to join our team.

We are a busy earthmoving company primarily servicing the residential construction industry, completing earthworks from start to finish. Our work is diverse and includes house pads, demolitions, slab cleans, site cleans, grano and paving preparation, sand deliveries and general earthworks.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential construction earthworks and Bobcat operation who is confident working across a variety of residential sites.

Day-to-day work will include:

- House pads

- Slab cleans

- Site cleans

- Grano and paving preparation

- General Bobcat and earthworks

- Other duties as required to get the job completed

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2 years’ relevant earthworks/Bobcat experience





- HC Driver’s Licence – essential

- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

- Reliable and able to work independently when required

- Takes pride in their work and equipment

- Positive attitude and works well as part of a team

- Willing to get in and help wherever needed to get the job done
