About the role

We are seeking experienced chefs for multiple positions in our Indian restaurant kitchen. Positions available include Indian Chef, South Indian Chef, and Tandoor Chef roles, each requiring specialised culinary expertise in authentic Indian cuisine and commercial kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

- Indian Chef: Prepare authentic Indian cuisine including curries, gravies, biryani, rice dishes, starters and traditional Indian dishes with robust understanding of spices, flavour consistency, and presentation in high-volume commercial kitchen operations

- South Indian Chef: Prepare dosa varieties and dosa batter, Kerala-style Parotta and flatbread varieties, South Indian and Kerala curries, traditional South Indian dishes, and South Indian breakfast and snack items while maintaining authentic taste and consistency in a busy kitchen

- Tandoor Chef: Operate commercial tandoor and prepare tandoori chicken and other tandoori dishes,



chicken tikka and kebabs, naan, roti and other tandoor breads, tandoori seafood and meat dishes, and prepare marinades and traditional tandoor preparation with consistent cooking, presentation and portion control

- Restaurant Hospitality Team & Bartenders: Provide confident, friendly and customer-focused service

About you

- Previous experience in a busy Indian restaurant or commercial kitchen is preferred

- Excellent food preparation skills

- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene

- Ability to work efficiently during busy services

- Positive attitude towards teamwork

- Experience across multiple sections highly encouraged
