About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our team in Perth.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality meals according to recipes and menu requirements.

- Prepare ingredients and ensure food is fresh and properly stored.

- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.

- Assist with menu planning and development.

- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering food supplies.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.

- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and work area.

- Work efficiently with other kitchen staff during busy service periods.

- Assist in reducing food waste and managing kitchen stock.

- Ensure all equipment is used and maintained safely.

- Train and support junior kitchen staff when required.

About you

- Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery or equivalent experience.

- Previous experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.

- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

- Strong time management and organisational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Availability to work full-time,



including weekends and public holidays where required.
