We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and committed professional who brings design strength, technical capability, and local experience to our studio. You should have a genuine

passion for delivering quality architecture-and ideally take pleasure in spending most of your time drawing, exploring, and developing design ideas.

- You will have a minimum of 8 years' relevant post-graduate experience with significant architectural projects, a strong technical and design foundation, and an interest in evolving design responses that reflect our studio's values.

As a core member of the practice,



you will work closely with the Project Director, Design Architect, and wider team to:

- Explore and refine design direction

- Resolve design and technical challenges

- Develop thoughtful details and comprehensive drawing packages across all project stages

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff

We're Seeking Someone With:

- The passion and rigor to uphold design intent throughout the architectural process

- A logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving

- Strong knowledge of local construction systems and bespoke detailing

- A thorough understanding of building codes, Australian Standards, and local planning regulations

- Proficiency with Revit/BIM processes and protocols

- Experience coordinating consultants

- The ability to produce transparent, accurate, and effective drawings
