The Role:
We have both Full-Time and Casual ongoing positions available. Because we are open 7 days a week, a portion of our casual shifts flow over weekends and early mornings.
Your Day-to-Day:
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to menu specifications.
• Ensure absolute consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team report to head chef & owners.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen while adhering to food safety standards.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and communicate with team.
• Support, train, and supervise kitchen staff to keep standards high.
What You Bring:
• Proven experience in a fast-paced cafe and breakfast service environment.
• Top-tier communication skills and a natural ability to lead by example.
• High energy, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
