Rosewood is currently recruiting volunteers who aspire to make a difference in lives! Entering into residential aged care can often be a hard adjustment, resulting in individuals feeling isolated, lonely and longing for companionship- Help us conquer this!

Our Cultural Volunteer program is currently looking for volunteers of an Italian background. The role of these volunteers is to engage with residents who would benefit from engaging in topics related to shared culture, religion, language and family history. A day could look like hosting a morning tea (3-5 people), doing one-on-one room visits or generally assisting those who may experience language barriers that hinder their ability to socially engage within the facility.
