The Senior Human Resources Business Partner provides high quality advice and recommendations to Leadership and their respective teams to build a flexible, inclusive and responsive workforce.

In this role you will provide operational human resources advice, coaching and guidance on a broad range of human resources matters in accordance with relevant industrial instruments, directives, policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver expert operational HR advice and guidance in accordance with relevant industrial instruments, directives, and policies.

- Provide practical coaching to line management on employee relations, performance management, and organisational change.

- Build robust stakeholder relationships to deploy workforce improvement solutions across a complex, multi-disciplinary setting.

- Review and support HR management systems, procedures, and governance arrangements.

- Develop and contribute to the implementation of programs and projects that enable performance improvement.
