About the role

You'll work across a diverse range of residential maintenance, fault-finding and installation work. This isn't a role where you'll be doing the same thing every day. You'll regularly need to assess problems, diagnose faults, understand the relevant standards and requirements, communicate solutions to customers and determine the best way to complete the job. It's ideal for a plumber who enjoys thinking, fault-finding and problem-solving, rather than simply being told what to do.

Key responsibilities

- General maintenance plumbing

- Blocked drains and CCTV inspections

- Leak detection and repairs

- Hot water system diagnostics, repairs and replacements

- Heat pump hot water installations

- Gas fitting and appliance installations

- Roofing, gutters and stormwater repairs

- Split system air conditioner installations

- Emergency plumbing maintenance

- Real estate and residential maintenance work

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who:

- Holds a Victorian Plumbing Registration or Licence

- Has solid experience in maintenance plumbing

- Is confident working independently and managing their own jobs

- Can fault-find and problem-solve without requiring constant supervision

- Understands the importance of current Australian plumbing standards and regulatory requirements





- Takes an interest in keeping their technical and compliance knowledge up to date

- Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality, compliant work

- Holds a current Australian Driver Licence
