About the role

An experienced, hands-on landscaper role for someone who can work autonomously, take ownership of projects and confidently lead a team while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. You'll work across a variety of projects including new homes, existing home renovations and developments across both residential and commercial sites.

- Leading and working alongside a small team

- Working autonomously and taking ownership of projects

- Landscaping and garden construction

- New home landscaping

- Existing home landscape projects

- Residential and commercial projects

- Maintaining a high standard of quality and presentation

About you

- Proven experience in landscaping

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team





- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Good communication and leadership skills

- Reliable, organised and professional

- Current driver's licence

- Truck licence (desirable)

- Excavator experience (desirable)

- Skid steer experience (desirable)
