About the role

We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in ensuring the farm runs smoothly and sustainably. You will report directly to the farm owner and have responsibility for multiple areas of the farming operation.

What you'll be doing

- Overseeing all daily farm operations, including pasture and livestock management.

- Planning and implementing seasonal activities, crop rotations, breeding programmes and maintenance

- Maintaining and managing farm equipment and infrastructure

What we're looking for

- Experience in farm management, ideally within a mixed or livestock farming operation in Tasmania or similar climate





- Solid knowledge of animal health, welfare standards and husbandry practices

- Proficiency in farm machinery operation and basic maintenance

- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to work in all weather conditions

What we offer

Salary package will be negotiated on experience. A 2 bed room house can also be part of the package.
