About the role

This is an excellent chance to kick-start your career in a energetic and growing accounting firm. In this junior, entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team and clients. We would consider both full time (Monday - Friday) or 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday), with set hours of 8:45am - 5pm each work day at our office in Beaconsfield.

As this role is ideally suited to an entry-level applicant, junior award wages apply.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, and directing them to the appropriate team member

- Providing general administrative support, including appointment setting, filing, database management and document preparation

- Maintaining a well-organised and presentable reception and office space

- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
