Cranks Carbon & Fiberglass is a tight-knit fiberglass business with 25 years of loyal theme park clients and a reputation built on quality. No two days are the same — you'll work across water slides, ride panels, boats, and everything fiberglass in between.

If you love hands-on trade work and take pride in a finish that looks brand new, this is the role for you!

What you will be doing:

- Fibreglass repairs and gel coat restoration on theme park assets, water slides, boats and large panels

- Re spraying and surface finishing to a high standard

- Varied on-site works, a very active, physical role and never boring

Who we are after:

- Minimum 3 years in fibreglass, gel coat, panel beating, boat building, or spray painting.

- You're fit, energetic, and you don't cut corners.

- Backgrounds in any of these trades are welcome





- Qualified communication skills are essential

Your pay is negotiable based on your previous experience, experience leading a small team is advantageous but not essential.

We have an existing small team of detailers who deliver fibreglass detailing works across our theme parks, they require support with surface repair and restoration works.

This role can provide the right person a much larger opportunity to step into leadership into this business, including broader responsibilities such as quoting and project management. Performance bonuses available
