About The Role:

As our new team member, you will be the face and energy of the store. You aren't just staffing a counter; you are forging instant connections with the local community, exploring individual rider dreams, and facilitating high-precision mechanical solutions,



whether working in partnership with the mechanics or utilising your own mechanical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customer Engagement & Community Building: Respond genuinely to walk-ins, digital inquiries, and community notifications with a professional, non-intimidating approach. Contribute proactively to the collective vision for a successful, sustainable, growing Giant Noosa community.

- Sales Mastery: Drive product, accessory, and bike fleet sales using our structured sales process.

- Inventory Management & Store Presentation: Maintain an immaculate, high-energy floor presence, ensuring timely stock receipt, replenishment and safety compliance.

- Mechanical Execution/Support: Support or deliver high-quality workshop bookings, routine component servicing, assemblies, and complex repairs within capability.

- Communication, Representation & Culture: Ensure professional communication and attire in every interaction. Ensure appropriate representation of the Giant Noosa brand at all times. Engage in proactive communication with management and support a positive in store culture.

About You:

- Actually Ride: You are a genuine bicycle enthusiast who lives for two wheels and loves sharing that passion across disciplines.

- Customer Oriented: You thrive on customer interactions and genuinely care about their experience.



You are committed to growing the Giant Noosa community and thrive on a high-speed, busy, inclusive retail environment.

- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using modern cloud-based point-of-sale systems, booking software, and digital communication applications.

- Team Collaborator: You are highly professional with exceptional communication skills, proactive identifying professional development needs and ready to work in close partnership with our Manager and team.

- Industry Experience: We are open to candidates with strong backgrounds in retail sales, those interested in mechanical training, OR established, fully qualified bicycle mechanics wanting a more meaningful role.

What We Offer:

- Above-Award Pay Rate within an Individual Flexible Agreement: $28.00 to $40.00/hour (dependent on mechanical experience and sales capability) offered within an Individual Flexible Agreement.

- Adaptable Structure: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Casual positions will be considered for the right candidate.
