As part of our growing team, we are currently seeking passionate and committed Disability Support Workers to join us on a full-time basis.
Position Overview As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in their daily living activities, community participation, and personal development. The role requires a compassionate, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting clients in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Assist clients with daily activities,
including meal preparation and household tasks.
- Support clients in community access and social activities.
- Implement individualised care plans tailored to the client's needs.
- Administer medications and assist with therapy-based activities where required.
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS and workplace safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and team members.
Qualification & Experience Essential Criteria
- Minimum 12 months of relevant work experience in disability, aged care, or community support.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
- Current
First Aid and CPR certification.
- Manual Handling Training preferred.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and
Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working with individuals with high needs, mental health challenges, or complex behaviours.
- Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and NDIS frameworks.
