Total Tools Canning Vale is looking for a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

There is a real opportunity to move to a Full Time position next year for the right person as we continue to expand our business.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.

What will you be doing?

- Processing sales transactions

- Providing advice and information on Hand and Power Tools

- Supporting customer queries and offering solutions

- Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store

- Processing and maintaining customer orders

- Stocking shelves with fresh stock

Does this sound like you?

- Previous retail and/or trade experience – you might be a retail star, or a tradie looking for a break from the tools

- Minimum 2+ years of retail or trade experience required preferably within the hardware / tool sales / Automotive accessories area.

- Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools

- Extensive knowledge of tools and their applications would be highly regarded.

- Enthusiastic, highly motivated,



and a phenomenal teammate

- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service

- Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must

- Must have full working rights within Australia

- Must be available to work EVERY Monday, Friday and Saturday initially.
