About the Role

Master Drilling Australia are seeking an organised and proactive Procurement Officer based in our new warehouse in Jandakot to support our operations through effective purchasing, supplier management, and inventory coordination.

Please note: Monday to Friday - Jandakot Location - Adhoc travel to remote mine site if and when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for sourcing goods and services

- Raising and managing purchase orders

- Negotiating with suppliers in a professional and timely manner

- Manage and track deliveries, ensuring materials are available to meet operational and project requirements.

- Working closely with operations, warehouse personnel, and external suppliers, to maintain strong supplier relationships

- Monitor procurement performance whilst managing procurement records within the ERP system

- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and approval processes.

About You

- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

- Experience within the mining, drilling, construction, or heavy industry sectors.

- Strong negotiation, supplier relationship, and stakeholder management skills.





- Experience using ERP systems such as D365, SAP, Pronto, or Oracle.

- Well-developed administration, organisation, and reporting skills.

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

- Certificate or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Additional Requirements

- Australian Recognised Work Rights

- Ability to successfully complete Pre-Employment Medical including drug and alcohol

- Must be able to provide a valid National Police Clearance (less than 6months old)

- HRWL - Forklift Ticket
