Wangara MG, part of Regent Motors Group, is seeking a friendly and organised part-time Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for customers and visitors. This position combines front-of-house customer service with a variety of administration duties to help keep the dealership running smoothly.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Answering incoming calls, directing enquiries and taking accurate messages

- Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone

- Supporting the dealership with day-to-day administration

- Processing bank statements and daily banking

- Raising purchase orders

- Forwarding vehicle deal packs to head office

- Liaising with our off-site administration team

- Completing general clerical duties and maintaining accurate records

- Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous reception or office experience





- A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in helping customers

- Transparent communication and strong interpersonal skills

- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands

- A reliable, positive approach and the ability to work well within a team

Previous experience in an automotive dealership would be advantageous, but is not essential.
