Endurance's Abra Mine is located approximately 220km north of Meekatharra, in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The underground mine represents one of the world's cleanest and largest lead-silver projects.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our Maintenance department at our remote mining operation. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you'll be responsible for planning and scheduling all maintenance activities to ensure our equipment fleet and major components achieve maximum availability in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

This is a strategic role for a maintenance professional who understands that effective planning is the cornerstone of operational excellence. You'll work with cutting-edge CMMS technology and collaborate across multiple departments to optimize our maintenance strategies and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule and optimise all maintenance activities (including shutdowns) to maximise equipment availability, using Pronto CMMS as the core system
- Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and preventive maintenance records, ensuring quality and change-management compliance
- Analyse costs, trends and performance data to drive informed maintenance decisions and reporting
- Manage budgets, cost forecasting, and spares inventory to optimise investment
- Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers and internal teams,



ensuring statutory compliance and service quality
- Champion continuous improvement and a strong safety culture across the processing department

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

- Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical discipline
- Current WA "C" Class driver's license
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a fixed plant Maintenance Planner in the mining industry

Technical Skills

- Advanced Pronto CMMS knowledge, plus strong computer literacy (MS Office, MS Project, or similar maintenance software)
- Sound understanding of maintenance strategy and risk management
- Demonstrated experience generating preventative maintenance tasks and scheduling shutdowns

Professional & Personal Attributes

- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving high performance across diverse teams
- Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and influencing skills
- Friendly, professional, safety-focused, and deadline-driven, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork
