Join our 2027 vintage team in Yenda and support the Grower Services department during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year.

We’re seeking a Vintage Administration Assistant to assist with a range of office duties throughout the vintage period. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

As a Vintage Administration Assistant, you’ll be involved in:

- Supporting the Grower Services team with daily administrative tasks
- Handling data entry and documentation
- Communicating with growers and internal teams
- Assisting with coordination of grape intake records and reports

What you’ll need:

- Previous office experience is essential
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills




- Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy team environment
- Reliable transport
- Available for the full vintage period (January to April 2027)
- At least 18 years old by 31 January 2027
