This is a rare opportunity for an experienced residential construction sales leader ready to step into an established, high-performing team and help drive the next stage of our growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead an experienced sales team while identifying new market opportunities, strengthening stakeholder relationships and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.

Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in growing the team, exploring new business opportunities and implementing strategies that support continued success.

Success in this role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with Construction, Estimating, Drafting and other departments to deliver outstanding customer outcomes and achieve company goals.

About You

You will bring:

- Proven Sales Manager experience within the residential construction industry.





- Current industry knowledge and established stakeholder relationships.

- The ability to step into an experienced team and provide confident leadership.

- A proven track record of developing new markets and driving sales growth.

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

- The ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

- Experience across different product types and construction methodologies is an advantage, but not essential.

- A passion for developing and growing high-performing teams.
