Home Port: Adelaide, South Australia – Also working out of regional S.A ports.
Trip length and Conditions: 10 to 12 day trips. You need to be solid as these positions involve working on a deck, often in heavy seas and sometimes in cramped spaces. You will be away from home for several days or weeks. Normally there is usually a short turnaround before returning to sea.
Qualifications required: Basic safety training & first aid certificates
Experience required: minimum 2 years
Salary: $74,000-$80,000 per annum + super
