About the Role

As the Piping Supervisor, you will oversee, inspect and report on plumbing and piping installations to ensure they meet all relevant building regulations, industry standards, insurance requirements and company quality expectations. Working closely with builders, contractors, clients, insurers and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
This hands-on position requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes across a range of plumbing and piping works.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee plumbing and piping works to ensure they are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Carry out site inspections to check the quality and compliance of installations.
- Identify issues, defects or risks and work with contractors to resolve them.
- Ensure all work meets relevant building codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review testing and compliance documentation to confirm work has been completed correctly.
- Provide guidance and support to contractors, project teams and other stakeholders.
- Prepare clear inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct inspections for insurance purposes and identify any potential concerns.
- Work closely with builders, contractors, engineers, insurers and clients to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company health and safety requirements.

What You’ll Bring

- Demonstrated experience in plumbing supervision,



building works inspection or quality assurance.
- Knowledge & Understanding of legislated construction safety requirements
- Strong understanding of Australian plumbing standards and building regulations.
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications and technical drawings.
- Strong written communication and report-writing skills.
- Current driver's licence.
- Building inspection or auditing experience.
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction or equivalent.
- Experience working with insurance inspections, assessments or claims.
- WHS qualification.
