- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure schools receive coordinated and responsive support.

- Contribute to systemic improvements that strengthen inclusion, wellbeing and educational success across the Northern Territory.

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

- A recognised qualification in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy and relevant professional registration or eligibility for registration.

- Strong knowledge of positive behaviour support, student wellbeing and inclusive education practices.

- Demonstrated experience leading and supporting the delivery of targeted behavioural intervention programs to improve educational outcomes for children and students.

- Experience supporting children and young people with diverse learning, behavioural or wellbeing needs.

- Strong facilitation and professional learning skills.

- The ability to analyse data and translate it into practical strategies that improve student outcomes.

What you’ll get in return:

- Attractive salary package + 6 weeks recreational leave, 3 weeks personal leave and recreational leave loading allowance.

- Study and professional learning opportunities to develop your career and professional practice.

- Work alongside dynamic multidisciplinary teams including social workers, psychologists, special education teachers, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, school counsellors and positive behaviour coaches.

- Real opportunities for long term employment and career progression with the Northern Territory Government.

- Relocation allowance for suitable intrastate and interstate candidates for ongoing positions.

- Flexible work arrangements can be negotiated.

- Attraction and retention incentives based on certain conditions and eligibility.
