In the role of Clerical Officer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a comprehensive and customer-focused service across Administration Department, with a particular emphasis on administrative tasks related to Pre-admissions.

Your duties will encompass but are not restricted to:

- Ensuring patients possess the appropriate level of health fund coverage.
- Take payments of any out of pockets fee from patients.
- Balance and close cash drawers at the end of shift.
- Provide timely and accurate information to the Clinical Team.

Remuneration

On offer is base hourly rate of $35.85 - $39.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. RHC WA PACT Enterprise Agreement: Salaried Officer Level 2 (WA PACT)
