We are looking for an experienced Hands On INDUSTRIAL Painter/Civil Work Supervisor with demonstrated experience in Industrial Painting and/or Civil Work.
The successful applicant must have::
- At least 7 years Industrial Painting and/or Civil Work experience
- At least 2 years Supervisory experience
- Understanding of QA Systems
- Proven skills in staff management including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Strong customer service standards, including proven ability to manage expectations and ensure regular updates on job delivery.
- Sound knowledge of all Safety procedures, including experience in creating/implementing Secure Work Procedures and Safe Work Method Statements.
- HR Licence advantageous
