About the Role

As a Manufacturing Labourer, you'll be part of a hands-on production team manufacturing steel-reinforced precast concrete pipes. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, you'll assist with production activities, material handling, quality requirements and forklift operations while contributing to a safe and productive workplace.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in manufacturing, labouring, construction or production environments who is looking for stable employment and the opportunity to grow their skills and career.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manufacturing steel-reinforced precast concrete pipes and associated products

- Operating forklifts to move materials and finished products safely and efficiently

- Preparing moulds and production equipment

- Assisting with concrete production and finishing processes





- Following production schedules and quality standards

- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

- Working collaboratively to achieve daily production targets

What You'll Bring

- Current Forklift Licence (LF) - Essential

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, labouring, construction or production environment - Highly regarded

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Reliability and punctuality

- Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment

- Commitment to quality and teamwork

- Flexibility to work overtime when required

- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
