Ayre Allied Health is a small, values-drive allied health practice currently offering Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services. We provide family centered services to children and families, with some adult clients, across homes, schools, preschools and community settings. Ayre Allied Health is an NDIS registered service.
We are excited to be expanding our Occupational Therapy services and are seeking an OT to join us during the next stage of growth.
We are looking for an independent, motivated Occupational Therapist to join Ayre Allied Health in a contracting role (with the option to discuss an employee arrangement if preferred).
This role is ideal for an OT who:
- Enjoys autonomy and flexibility
- Values collaboration and neuroaffirming practice
- Is excited by the opportunity to be part of a small, supportive team
About the Role:
- Fully mobile role - work from home, schools, preschools, childcare settings, and client homes
- Predominantly paediatric caseload,
with some adults (caseload can be customised to your interest and strengths)
- Versatile days and hours - design your work schedule to suit your life
- Strong collaboration and informal support from our Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy team
- Opportunity to contribute to service development, resources, and models of care
What we are looking for:
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in paediatrics
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile caseload
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary locations for service areas include:
- Newcastle
- Lake Macquarie
- Maitland
- Cessnock
- Cooranbong
- Service areas are negotiable and can be tailored to suit the successful candidate's location and preferences.
