Palace Nova is looking for energetic, people-focused Assistant Cinema Managers to join our teams at Eastend and Prospect. We have opportunities at both locations, with each role based at one cinema.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team, creating a great customer experience and making sure the cinema runs brilliantly from open to close.

You'll work closely with the Cinema Manager and play a key role in leading, developing and engaging our team, managing day-to-day operations and delivering our busy program of films, events and special screenings.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience leading a team in hospitality, retail, entertainment or a similar customer-focused environment
- Is confident making decisions and taking ownership
- Enjoys coaching, developing and motivating people
- Leads by example and is comfortable being actively involved in day-to-day operations
- Can stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment




- Has high standards for customer service and team performance
- Is organised and able to manage operational requirements
- Enjoys the variety and energy of the entertainment industry

Cinema experience isn't essential - we're much more interested in your leadership ability, attitude and willingness to learn.
