Join Next Level Racing as our Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator
Next Level Racing is looking for an experienced Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator to help drive the social media, content and partnership strategy of one of the world’s leading simulation brands.
We create cutting-edge products across sim racing, flight simulation, haptics and gaming, with a global community of gamers, racers and creators. Our collaborations include leading brands such as Boeing, Ferrari, Airbus, Cessna, Microsoft, and Sony, as well as professional drivers, esports teams, and content creators worldwide.
We’re looking for someone with 4–5+ years’ experience who can work closely with senior management, contribute to strategy and take ownership of implementation.
What You'll Be DoingManaging and implementing our organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X.Working with senior management and the marketing team to develop social media, content and partnership strategies.Building content calendars and campaigns around product launches, partnerships and key brand initiatives.Managing creator, influencer, ambassador, motorsport and esports partnerships from outreach through to activation and follow-up.Building relationships with creators, drivers, ambassadors and industry partners globally.Identifying recent opportunities to grow reach, engagement, followers and brand awareness.Tracking social and partnership performance and providing insights and recommendations.Staying ahead of social, gaming, sim racing and motorsport trends.Collaborating with designers, videographers and the wider marketing team to develop engaging content that aligns with brand direction.Being comfortable appearing in content for social platforms.
What We're Looking ForAt least 4–5 years’ experience in social media,



content, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related role.Experience managing social channels and implementing social media strategies for a brand or organisation.Experience managing creator, influencer, ambassador or brand partnerships.Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X.Confidence working with senior management, presenting ideas, recommendations and performance updates.Strong content instincts and an understanding of what drives reach and engagement.Excellent communication, relationship management and organisational skills.Comfortable using analytics and performance data to improve future activity.A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership.Experience in gaming, technology, motorsport or automotive industries would be highly regarded.A genuine interest in sim racing, gaming or motorsport is a strong advantage.Must be able to work in Australia without restrictions.
