What you’ll do:Lead (with support from industry experts) to implement a Healthy Country Planning project across Wajarri conservation areasWork closely with Elders, Traditional Owners, and the Wajarri communityUndertake training and career development to upskill and lead the project successfullyPlan and run on-country field trips and activities for conservation and cultural mapping, Keep fieldwork safe, practical, and culturally respectful
We’re looking for someone who:– Has experience in community development or project management– Is connected to Wajarri country and community– Can manage field logistics, travel and safety– Has knowledge of, or willingness to learn about Joint Management, including; conservation, land tenure and culture and heritage values– Strong written communication skills and ability to document, research and collate information
