About the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS)
For almost a century, the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) has been delivering life-changing care to the most remote parts of Australia. Today, we provide aeromedical emergency retrievals, primary health care, mental health, and dental services to more than seven million people who live, work and travel across rural and remote Australia.
Based in Canberra, the RFDS Federation Office is the national coordinating body for the RFDS network. We lead engagement with the Commonwealth Government, advocate for improved health outcomes in rural and remote Australia, and drive strategic collaboration across the organisation. As an organisation in our own right, we also oversee our own governance, corporate operations and activities.

You will ideally possess:

- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, contract management and supplier negotiations.
- Demonstrated success building procurement capability and driving organisational change.
