We’re now looking for an experienced Inspections Manager / Property Management Assistant to join our team and grow with the business.

About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on role supporting our Senior Property Manager.

Your main focus will be managing inspections and assisting with the day-to-day running of the Property Management department.

Your duties will include:

- Scheduling and conducting routine inspections

- Completing final inspections

- Managing inspection schedules and ensuring they remain up to date

- Conducting property viewings and sign-ups where required

- Processing rental applications

- Assisting with keeping management renewals up to date

- Assisting the Senior Property Manager with calls, sign-ups, tenant enquiries and general administration

- Assisting with calls, sign-ups, tenant enquiries and general administration

- Ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- At least 3 years’ experience in Property Management

- Experience using PropertyMe or a similar property management software system is required





- A current Real Estate Registration Certificate

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full Australian working rights

- Excellent professional communication skills

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload

- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

- A strong eye for detail and pride in your work

- A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service

- The ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team
