- 2+ years experience managing a busy bar and restaurant
- Strong leader who can run the floor and manage a bar
- Drinks knowledge and food knowledge
- Ability to keep composed under pressure whilst being great with guests
- RSA essential
- Approved managers certificate necessary
- Must be available weekends
