Job Description

We’re seeking a hands-on caulker with leadership potential to take charge of our Perth branch as a Regional Partner & Co-Owner.

You’ll start with full training in Adelaide, learning our systems, then step into running the branch — leading your own crew, managing operations, and sharing in the profits.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform caulking alongside your team to maintain quality and efficiency

- Manage staff, job flow, scheduling, and builder/client relationships

- Handle phone enquiries, emails, invoicing,



and day-to-day operations with the support of back-end admin

- Drive growth and profitability in line with company systems

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of professional caulking experience (company role or sole trader)

- Valid driver’s licence + White Card

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- A problem-solver who can lead and grow a team

- Ambition to take the next step in your career or grow beyond sole trading
