We are seeking talented chefs and kitchenhands to join our dynamic team at Coast Roast Cairns Central. As a Full Time and Casual Chef or Casual Kitchenhand, you will be an integral part of our thriving hospitality business in the heart of Cairns.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing high-quality, fresh meals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

- Ensuring all food preparation and serving activities are completed to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation

- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain efficient kitchen operations

- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and inventory management as required

- Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture

- Providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Coast Roast brand

What we're looking for

- Relevant experience as a chef or kitchenhand in a fast-paced hospitality environment

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
