About the role and you

SEN is seeking a Commercial Manager to join our Southwest team.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of Commercial in WA, this role will represent SEN within the Western Australian business community, establishing, managing and growing client partnerships across our diverse portfolio of radio, television, print, digital, event and in-stadium assets.

The primary focus of the role is to drive revenue growth through current business development, maintain and expand existing client relationships, and deliver creative commercial solutions that help clients achieve their marketing objectives.

The main duties include:

- Develop and manage a portfolio of agency and direct client relationships
- Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth across SEN's media and entertainment platforms




- Identify client objectives and create innovative, integrated marketing solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance measures
- Represent SEN at client functions, events and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with content, partnerships, events and operations teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes

We are looking for someone who has:

We are looking for a motivated sales professional with a passion for media, sport and building strong commercial partnerships.

- Have at least 2 years' experience in sales, business development, media, sponsorship or a related commercial role
- Have established networks across media agencies and/or direct clients
- Be capable of creating innovative and tailored commercial solutions
- Understand brands, marketing challenges and client objectives
- Be proactive in developing growth strategies and new business opportunities
- Possess the ability to self-generate leads and work autonomously
- Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Be highly energetic and passionate about sport, media and entertainment
- Have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Have a robust work ethic and collaborative approach
- Be highly organised, results-driven and possess excellent time management skills
