About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Service and Delivery Coordinator to join our newly form Technical team based in our Helensvale (Gold Coast) Head office

Reporting into the Technical Manager, this role will help keep the technology work across our business coordinated, on track and delivering to plan. You will help coordinate delivery of the technology programme by planning and scheduling work, tracking progress, keeping stakeholders informed, and following up actions to completion.

You will also support technology rollouts across our sites and manage the intake of technology requests through our ticketing platform, ensuring business needs are clearly captured, categorised and visible.

This role works across the business and will suit someone who builds relationships easily,



gets things moving, and follows through.

What You’ll Bring

- Strong organisational skills, and the ability to keep several pieces of work moving at once without losing track of any of them

- Background in an IT, technology or managed services environment is highly regarded

- Experience with project or work management tooling as well as coordinating rollouts or change across multiple sites.

- Project or delivery coordination experience: planning, scheduling, tracking and following through to completion.

- Stakeholder engagement across a business.

- Confident running the administrative side of delivery: meetings, agendas, minutes, actions and follow up.

- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical people alike.
