We are looking for a reliable and motivated labourer to assist our electricians with solar and battery installs on residential and commercial projects.

This is a hands-on role working both on rooftops and on the ground, with exposure to modern solar and battery systems.
For the right person, there is a explicit pathway into a full-time electrical apprenticeship.

DUTIES:

Reporting directly to your team leader (Qualified Electrician)

Assist with installation of solar PV systems, battery systems, and associated electrical equipment

General labour including lifting panels, batteries, and materials

Assist with battery installs (mounting, cabling, and setup)

Work as part of a team to complete installs efficiently and safely

Maintain clean and organised work sites, vehicles, and workshop





Learn on the job and take direction from qualified tradesmen

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Comfortable working on roofs and at heights

Physically fit and capable of lifting 20kg regularly

Reliable and punctual

Good attitude and willingness to learn

Able to follow instructions and work safely

Manual driver’s licence
