We are looking for a skilled Estimator/Scheduler to join our growing business, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects.

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Estimator/Scheduler with experience in the residential construction industry to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Produce accurate costings

- Reading and interpreting building plans & specifications

- Calculating and ordering materials for timber framed homes

- Collaborating with our drafting, manufacturing and construction departments as well as suppliers to assist with any queries

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years’ Estimating/Scheduling experience in the residential building industry.

- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.

- Robust organisation & time management skills, & ability to work under pressure.

- Be reliable,



professional & a good communicator.

- Experience with Microsoft systems and Databuild is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
