Mental Health Clinicians – Registered/Enrolled Nurses, Occupational Therapists & Psychologists (Casual positions)
Perth Clinic is a well-established 100-bed private psychiatric hospital located in West Perth. We provide a comprehensive range of general, acute and specialised mental health services, including inpatient, day patient and community outreach programs.
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Mental Health Clinicians to join our team on a casual basis. Opportunities are available for Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists who are passionate about delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented mental health care.
Our patients represent all ages, from adolescence through to older adults, and our multidisciplinary teams provide individualised treatment through inpatient, group, day patient and community-based programs.

Essential Criteria
For Registered Nurses / Enrolled Nurses:
- Tertiary qualifications and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
- Demonstrated clinical competence and experience in mental health.
- Understanding of current directions and best practice in mental health care.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional conflict resolution and crisis management abilities.
- Ability to provide clinical input and direction in the development and delivery of high-standard patient care and services.
- Ability to facilitate therapeutic, psychological and educational groups.
- Mental health experience and/or postgraduate mental health training.
For Occupational Therapists / Psychologists:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Psychologist.
- Sound knowledge of mental health issues, recovery-oriented practice and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Demonstrated experience delivering group-based interventions and individual clinical interventions.
- Strong clinical assessment, conflict resolution and crisis management skills.
- Evidence of a commitment to continuous service improvement and quality patient care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
